Featuring an impressive market leading 42″ disc complete with backing disc. 3.5mtr transport width in sizes from 24 plate through to 32 plate in working widths from 5m through to 6.9m
Twist Out Bearing
Maximum reliability, minimum downtime and ease of maintenance. Grizzly’s twist in/out bearings and bearing housings with 6 bolt disc assembly. 2 year warranty on bearings. Never pull discs apart to change a bearing again. Easily changed in field.
Patented ‘T’ Bar Scraper
Grizzly Floppy “T” Bar Scraper system has proven over time to control soil and trash build up on axle spools. They allow you to continue working in all conditions. Get into a wet paddock earlier.
Hydraulic Pitch Control
Enables the set up of the machine to be fine tuned from the tractor seat. Helping to ensure a level finish. Springs give inbuilt solid impact protection and ground following ability.
Various Wheel Options
You can choose from a range of tyre types and sizes to suit your application. 28ply aero tyres shown.
Impact Safety
Springs on the hydraulic pitch control allow the machine to follow through contours and help absorb impacts from underground obstacles without putting excessive stress on frame and components.
Articulated Tongue
Heavy duty fully articulated tongue gives a close tolerance connection with the tractor minimising wear and allowing for smoother operation.
Tool Box & Tool Kit
To ensure all the tools you need to perform maintenance activities on your machine are always close at hand.
Heavy Duty Componentry
Bolt on / Bolt off stub axles and wheel legs allows for serviceability in the field if required. Lockable and greasable hydraulic ram pins with hardened bushes ensure years of trouble free service.
Narrow Transport
Most models fold to 3.5 metres (11’5”) for transport or narrow gateways. Goes easily from working position to transport position. Also with hydraulic fold option.
Hydraulic Level Lift
Hydraulic level lift ensures the machine lifts out and enters the ground evenly, adding to operator ease, comfort and the performance of the machine.
Hydraulic Safety
Counter balance valves for added safety in case of a burst hose as well as relief valve to ensure no undue stress is placed on componentry.
Road Transport Options
Oversize sign, tow hitch, tail lights and spare tyre for operators doing road travel or if working in conditions that increase the chances of getting a flat.
Australian Made
Family owned and operated as well as Australian Designed and built for Aussie farmers and Aussie conditions.
Aussie Made

Rear Seeder Platform
Seeder platform allows mounting of rear small seeds seeder to over sow grasses when doing pasture renovation work.
Heavy Duty Rollers
A view from above shows the heavy duty double rollers. There are two on each gang that run on a stainless steel track. Easily moved from transport to working position plus easy to change gang settings.
28” to 42” Discs
Choose the right machine for the job and get the disc size that will work for you in your conditions.
Hydraulic Hose Protection
For conditions where a lot of timber and other organic matter will be encountered. Protects hydraulic hoses on the pull up to the top of the frame.
Hydraulic Fold
Go from working position to folding position without leaving the cab. The ultimate game changer for operator ease and comfort.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Grizzly Tiny XL 460 can work to approximately 300mm deep, making it suitable for deep soil amelioration work such as incorporating lime and treating non-wetting soils.
Yes. The Grizzly Tiny XL 460 is designed for demanding land development work, with large, heavy discs, a heavy-duty frame and high weight per disc. It can penetrate effectively through heavy timber regrowth, tree suckers and unworked country.
The large discs and generous spacing allow organic matter, mud, grass and crop residue to flow through the machine with very little clogging. Blockages can occur when large obstacles such as stumps or rocks become caught between the discs.
Deep disking provides both penetration and mixing. Unlike ripping alone, the Grizzly Tiny XL 460 can mix organic matter, clay and lime through the soil profile while providing a full cut across the working width.
The machine can work deeply while mixing material through the soil profile. This allows operators to incorporate products such as lime and move organic matter and other materials through the worked layer rather than simply loosening the soil.
The backing disc supports the large primary working disc while maintaining a narrow spool or disc spacing. This allows the machine to run a large disc while maintaining the structural support needed for deep working.
Yes. Grizzly can configure the machine with a thicker 16mm disc instead of the standard configuration using a backing disc. This removes the need for the secondary backing disc.
Weight varies by model size. The 24-plate model has approximately 750kg per disc, the 28-plate model approximately 660kg per disc, and the 32-plate model just over 600kg per disc.
The 24-plate TX model requires a minimum of approximately 400 horsepower. The larger configurations require approximately 500–650 horsepower, with the TX-032 suited to tractors at the upper end of that range.
The TX-032 weighs approximately 19.3 tonnes, excluding optional equipment.
The hydraulic pitch control allows operators to adjust the machine’s front-to-back pitch while moving. This helps fine-tune the cut at the rear of the machine, while the accumulator provides a cushioning effect that allows the machine to follow uneven ground and contours.
The floppy T-bar scraper is designed to clean the spool or spacer between the discs rather than the disc itself. Keeping this area clear reduces resistance close to the centre of disc rotation, helping the discs continue rotating effectively in muddy conditions.
Standard with manual fol and optional hydraulic folding system is designed to bring the machine down to approximately 3.5m transport width, despite its large 42-inch discs. This allows the machine to be transported between farms and along roads where applicable, subject to relevant road requirements.
Yes. A crumble roller can be fitted and operated with the Grizzly Tiny XL 460 when the conditions and desired finish suit its use. Customers can also tow other rollers behind the machine where required.
Options include 16mm discs, oversized signs and tail lights, front soil deflectors, a rear tow hitch, spare wheel, puncture-proof tyres, crumble roller and spring-protected bolt-on filler discs. Bearing shields are fitted as standard.
The spring-protected bolt-on filler discs help improve the finish by dragging soil back into areas where the front discs have thrown it. They are height adjustable so they can be positioned to achieve the desired finish.
Yes. Bearing shields are fitted as standard because the XL 460 is designed to operate under heavy loads and demanding conditions where protecting the bearings is important.
