Single Wheel Track Renovator

Every season brings its own set of challenges, but for irrigated farms, wheel tracks are one problem that never really goes away.

Whether it’s a centre pivot or a travelling irrigator, those compacted tracks have a habit of turning good paddocks into frustrating ones — catching rakes, throwing off sprayers, and making simple jobs harder than they need to be.

That’s exactly where the Single Wheel Track Renovator comes in.

Built off real feedback from growers dealing with irrigators day in, day out, this machine was designed to tackle one task properly: restoring individual wheel tracks efficiently and consistently, without overworking the paddock.

Designed by Listening, Not Guessing

Like most Grizzly machines, the Single Wheel Track Renovator was built from real customer conversations, not office ideas.

Designed specifically for single-track irrigation systems, it focuses only on what matters — simple setup, quick adjustment, and reliable operation with fewer wear parts and less maintenance during busy periods.

Less Disturbance, Better Control

One of the standout features of the Single Wheel Track Renovator is how adjustable it is. Operators can run the discs narrow to disturb the least amount of soil, or open them up slightly to pull more soil back into deeper tracks.

This flexibility means you’re not reworking the entire paddock just to fix a problem area. You’re only working where it’s needed, saving time, fuel, and unnecessary soil movement.

Australian Made

Finished Right for Modern Farming

Rather than flattening tracks completely, the Single Wheel Track Renovator leaves a slightly raised finish to allow natural recompaction over time.

This improves sprayer tracking, reduces GPS correction issues at speed, and delivers a cleaner result in high-traffic paddocks. In deeper tracks, a second pass can be used, but in most situations, one run is all that’s required.

Built for Real Conditions

This machine suits anyone running irrigators, but it’s proven especially valuable for hay producers. Clean, even paddocks make raking and baling smoother, and reduce the frustration of gear constantly dropping into wheel ruts.

It’s a practical tool that fits seamlessly into modern irrigation systems, helping growers keep paddocks workable throughout the season.

Simple to Maintain, Easy to Support

Like all Grizzly equipment, the Single Wheel Track Renovator is built for long-term ownership. Greasable disc bearings make servicing simple, while the rear crumble roller features sealed-for-life bearings.

With readily available spare parts and Australia-wide dealer support, it’s a machine designed to keep working when time matters most.
